Carefully place your jewelry back into its original ChloBo presentation box and secure it within a protective mailing envelope.

Ship the Parcel

Affix the generated return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail post office, ensuring you keep your proof of postage.

Receive Your Refund

Once our workshop team has inspected the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
