Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer an Express Delivery service for those who need their jewelry sooner, usually arriving within 1-2 working days.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Yes, every ChloBo piece comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects. Please keep your proof of purchase to validate the warranty.
